Welcome home, dear reader!
Folktales Books is a homegrown online bookstore in Davao City.
The idea started when a reader's partner asked him if he's building a bookstore because of all the books inside his room. Flash forward to 2023, that funny question became our little start-up story.
Our online bookstore offers well-loved favorites and new releases at an affordable price. Books are sourced from the US and UK and are 100% original (we don't support counterfeit copies in this house).
We hope to share the love of reading with everyone because finding your next favorite read shouldn't cost too much.

Bryan (@bryanhaordsbooks) is your resident book hoarder who loves cats , coffee, and queer stories. Ralph (@ralphlately) is your recent reader convert and your supportive book boyfriend. Definitely his own brand of Nick Nelson.
We both have been dreaming of starting an online bookstore to spread the love of reading and we're finally opening our doors to readers!
