Some quick reminders:

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders placed from Mon-Thu will be processed/ordered every Friday
  • Pre-orders placed from Fri-Sun will be processed/ordered every Monday

We will be shipping all orders to PH via Air Cargo (for now). Since these are shipped from the US, it may arrive within 3-4 weeks to account for transit period and customs processing. In any case it will arrive earlier, we will inform you via email and on our social media platforms. For more information, please check our Pre-order Policies page.

NOTE: Pre-orders for unreleased titles will have a separate fulfillment timeframe as these will be shipped to the Philippines after their release dates.

Shipping

All ON-HAND orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification along with the tracking information once your order has been picked up by our shipping partners.
